DBAHO
Found this on BA, Class A Winston-Salem left fielder Ricardo Nanita is on a tear. Nanita is hitting .461 (12-for-26) in his last seven games, improving him to .252-2-27 on the season in 135 at-bats. He's part of an intriguing Warthogs outfield along with center fielder Brian Anderson and right fielder Ryan Sweeney. All three skipped low Class A. Anderson is hitting .313-4-26 in 144 at-bats and Sweeney, a 19-year-old with the highest ceiling of the group, is at .260-2-18.

Here's to continued success
Chisoxfn
My thing on Nanita's recent hot streak is take away his 8-8 streak and you'll notice he's like 4 for 18 which isn't exactly spectacular. It seems to me that those two games are really getting people excited. I'd like to see him consistently get some 2 hit nights and then I'll start talking about him. He has as many RBI as Anderson, he has done a decent job this year, some clutch RBIs and tho his average is not great, he has not been overmatched. I am happy with how all 3 are performing. I was going to say that but I milb.com wasn't working so I couldn't get the stats to back it up. Nanita isn't as good as Sweeney or Anderson as a prospect and he isn't doing as well. It all makes sense.
Rex Hudler
I'd say Nanita is doing every bit as good as Sweeney right now. His average is less, but his OBP is higher as are his RBI, 2B, BB and SB. Their HR's are even.
Chisoxfn
I'd say that other then Anderson so far the other two have been dissapointments. Still, pretty high expectations were put on them, especially Sweeney, and as long as they are making progress I'm happy.

I think it is a bit much and also premature to call Nanita and/or Sweeney a disappointment so far. Keep in mind they both skipped a level.
