WSoxShuf
I could not use the season tix tonight. Walked up, got my seats in sec 106. Few thoughts. 1. New Intro is f***in sweet, awesome what a pumpup for the crowd. 2. Fans not getting into the game, dont know if based on cold weather or too many kids, at big situations fans should be standing. 3. Tears flowed my eyes after the PK fly ball and Sweet home Chicago came home(I am BACK IN CHICAGO FOR GOOD) 4. Was able to kiss home plate for good luck after the game. 5. Mike Jackson needs to go, awayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy

qwerty
Jackson hasnt been good all year... or at least not better than wunsch... what's he got that wunsch doesnt?? Well wunsch is a lefty and a lefty is not needed now so that's about all that jackson has that he doesn't. Wunsch has come in twice to face a lefty this year and both have reached that also did not help his chances of sticking around.
SnB
I was at the game....and the crowd was very into it. Was one of the best games I've been to in awhile. The crowd was getting pumped when the sox had their rallies, but most of the time, the sox let us down. Except in the end, when it all mattered, awesome time tonight, GO SOX>
IlliniKrush
I was in 538 row 4, was standing quite often. Upper tank doesn't get into as much as the lower bowl, i guess that's a bit expected though. Damn was it cold though up there. I was shivering from the cold and shaking from nervousness, i had to look funny as hell the last few innings. Crowd was pretty good towards the end, didn't help Garland out as much as they should i don't think. Nice game though, let's get at em again tomorrow. Mike Jackson needs to go, awayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy Jackson, has been ok. He hasn't pitched well as of late. But , overall he's been solid. Especially considering his age and the fact he didn't pitch at all last year.
WSoxShuf
I am sure we can find someone younger with some movement left on his pitch.
CWSGuy406
I am sure we can find someone younger with some movement left on his pitch. Are we watching the same game? Jackson has a nasty two-seamer/sinker ball that looks like it's going to run away from righties, but ends up going down and in. In 19 innings he has a 3.79 earned run average, a LOT better than what many of us expected out of him coming out of camp. Who else are we going to put in the bullpen who can give us a sub four ERA? ANd don't tell me Kelly Wunsch because Kelly is aweful against righties... Geez guys...
