Obi-Wan Kenobi
I'm stuck with the Cardinals game, as well. They've spend half of the telecast talking about the Cubs. Sheehs!

Obi-Wan Kenobi
jeckle i'm in the same boat.... SUCKS!!! seems like every time frank flies out its to the track... Frank looks like he's swinging the bat well. I'm actually encouraged by the balls he hits to the warning track.
southsider2k5
Frank looks like he's swinging the bat well. I'm actually encouraged by the balls he hits to the warning track. And he has become a much better hitter since he quit trying to yank everything to the LF foul pole. He is looking center-away much more, and it is paying its dividends. Obi-Wan Kenobi
And he has become a much better hitter since he quit trying to yank everything to the LF foul pole. He is looking center-away much more, and it is paying its dividends. I've also noticed that most of his home runs have been line-drives, as opposed to fly-balls. His plate coverage has also been better this season, perhaps indicative of his efforts to use the entire field.
poccer
Timo is so bad in CF. He should have run to a spot to try and catch that.
southsider2k5
And that in a nutshell is why you don't want Timo Perez playing CF everyday. He gator-armed that ball, bigtime. Rowand or Harris make that catch easy.

I'm actually encouraged by the balls he hits to the warning track. yeah, it's not that its a bad thing, its just depressing cuz he's always THAT close to gettin g it over... heh heh but i'm happy with frank so far this year
