I say if we can get a really quality pitcher for him do it in a heartbeat. The fact is even if he is considered a "can't miss prospect" it's still about a 50/50 chance he'll ever do anything worth noting in baseball. From what i've read about him I think that he's overrated in everyway and his defense doesn't sound that great... All I know it what I heard about on sox talk and what I saw in spring training. I will gladly eat crow but so far I haven't been impressed. Read my posts from tonight and try to tell me again that I haven't calmed down tremendously. Willie is doing good and it feels good to have have someone I rooted for two years now finally having success. Hopefully i'm wrong and you can have those same feelings about Reed. People talk about Reed like Cub fans talk about Prior. Put things in perspective folks. He's doing very well in the minors. But there is no way to assume that he's going to do that well in majors. Willie Harris has now proven he is capable of being a productive big league player. Reed has proved that, yet. The point is, he may never be able to do so. We just don't know if he can or not.
