The ten-episode sixth season will begin production in early 2005. No date is available for when the season will premiere. Check back for details. I have read a few places that Gandolfini was holding out and if the season wasn't in doubt, HBO wouldn't have put this on their site. Also, if Chase has been saying they are beginning filming at the end of the month, he is wrong, as it says there, they won't start filming until 2005. Hell, he's just the show's creator... JG said himself that contract talks were cleared up months ago.
