Texsox Posted June 8, 2004 Share Posted June 8, 2004 BERLIN, Germany -- France, Germany and Spain say they intend to vote for a United Nations resolution on the transfer of power in Iraq. The resolution would give international backing to the new interim Iraqi government and a U.S.-led multinational force to stabilize the country. French Foreign Minister Michel Barnier told France-Inter radio that France, which has the power of veto on the U.N.
