BobDylan
http://lists.mlb.com/u/477133/12227718 Jeez, another crap promotion to make money. Can't they just pile up a bunch of old crap and hire some people to sell it for cheap out front?!
witesoxfan
Are they gonna try to sell Billy Koch too?
cwsox
For those who have been there, how much does stuff run? Is it really expensive? depends on what they have - some stuff isd wonderfully low priced and other stuff is whoa, sticker shock I wasn't at SoxFest in 2004 so cannot comment - SoxFest 2003 garage sale had a lot of crap because of All Star stuff taking up room but I got a great road jersey for $25. SoxFest 2002 garage sale was wonderful. All depends on what they have and who can tell that ahead of time. I am of no help whatsoever. CubsSuck1
$10 - a deal! What time would you suggest getting there? Maybe I can find some cool unique stuff for my room.
Xero
Its pretty expensive for the Jerseys, caps, bats...etc. But for like media guides and books they are pretty cheap. I believe its around 50 cents a media guide at those things.

whitesoxin'
It all depends on whose game used memorabelia you want. If you get like Bruce Kimm or Jeff Liefer it is much, much cheaper. Also, there were some decent game worn spring training jerseys at Soxfest this year for I think only $20.

Warren Newsom stuff they almost give away if they have it. A bud got an Art Kuyser jersey for little more than a song. And they are always surprises there if they have a good selection, like my $25 road jersey. Look through the racks

In my opinion, the more obscure of a player whose jersey you own, the better. Anybody can have a Maggs or Frank, but its not everyday you would see a Harris or Olivo. I saw someone at school with a Peja Stojakavic European Serbia jersey. That person owned my instant respect. Even if I see a Crede or any non superstars, especially if thy are authentic, then it is pretty respectable.

If your like me and don't feel the need to pay about 20 times more money just to get a Carlos Lee game used bat and can settle for a lesser known player, you can get some really good deals on Whtie Sox memorabelia.
