I know perez tied the game yesterday and all but what about gload getting a start.

I think Timo's going to be out there the majority, during the remainder of Mags' stint on the DL. Gload is great to have on the bench right now, no question. I definitely don't see Gload getting a start at 1B, while we're on the road during interleague.

Pavano is really the most underrated pitcher on this staff, I could see him giving us some trouble. But then again, we are proving all the old White Sox rules wrong this season.

Lets beat the crap out of this New England Mofo :headbang

P.S. no offense to New England, I love Cape Cod, Nantucket Nectors, and that whole freedom trail you guys got in boston, keep up the good work.

Isn't that what a lead-off hitter suppose to do???

Yes, but he usually takes 2 strikes and then is in a hole everytime...

Leadoff hitters are supposed to take pitches but not take obvious strikes and put themselves in holes.

Since I don't get to see all the games I can't offer a full analysis. Though I can say, that I have gotten that impression too. It seemed more prevelant early in the season; Willie has shown a lot of improvement as a hitter.

I agree it seems he has been in the hole 0-2 1-2 alot but he has at least been making a count of it to me. Such as 3-2 or 2-2.
