ChiSox_Sonix
Adkins and Jackson do have to go down. I dunno who to call up, but i say why not give Baj a shot. Right now Jackson allows at least one run every time. Might even want to give Santiago a shot. He was pretty decent last year
EvilJester99
Sad thing is if Jackson wouldn't have given that gift grand slam. The Sox would have tied the game with PK's 2nd homer at 5 - 5. Instead they lost and we are all stunned. I vote for releasing Jackson and bringing up Man Hands if he is ready... if not maybe Grilli or Santiago. santo=dorf
Adkins and Jackson do have to go down. Adkins? Are you kidding me? How come no one is talking about how s***ty Neal "gives up 2-run homers" Cotts has been pitching? Is it because he was supposed to be the "good" part of the Koch-Foulke trade? Is it because he was the first guy to knock Danny Wright out of the fifth starter's spot? Is it because he went to ISU? Is it becuase he posted here a few times? Send this kid down already! His ERA was 1.45 after 11 appearances. Instead of Cotts, Jackson, and Politte, how about Baj, Santiago, and Wunsch? Let's not forget how Urbina was LIVING in Ozzie Guillen's f***ING house before the season started. JR decided not add payroll (why? didn't he think that the Sox would do well this year and the fans would come out?) and now if we want him we are going to have to give up players for him. If the Sox were out of contention, WE could've been the ones asking for players in exchange for Urbina. :fyou JR
CWSGuy406
It's sad that behind Marte and Shingo, our next best pitcher is Adkins... Call up Wunsch once he gets healthy, Baj would be nice, and give Santiago a try too. Please Kenny - we need one f***ing reliever.
striker
Our pitching staff has problems. They suck. But we are only 2 games back and have been playing without Maggs for a couple weeks. We pick up a good 5th starter and get some decent relief pitching then second place is ours!!!
Gene Honda Civic
Adkins? Are you kidding me? How come no one is talking about how s***ty Neal "gives up 2-run homers" Cotts has been pitching? Because NOBODY on the sox, not even shingo, has been as good at preventing Inheritted runners from scoring... He has the best DP rate of any white sox pitcher reliever or starter. Cotts probably should have been in there for Jackson today, but he had pitched the last two days, and was probably unavailable. Or at least he should have been unavailable, as Cotts has been bad when when pitching 2 days in a row.

He may not allow many of the inherited runners to score, but what good is that if he is a long reliever and usually starts an inning? Neal hasn't been the same since that game he blew in Toronto. The point is that right now he's not a long reliever... We don't have a long reliver. Neal is more of a LOOGY right now, although I don't think that ozzie really cares if he's putting him in vs. a lefty or a righty. He's an early inning tight situation guy. That's a valuable asset, if you use him right. Unfortunately he's not.
