Ishmookie
espn said so. I wanted pierce.
Gene Honda Civic
is this a done deal??? Source? No -- First they have to get the 7th from phoenix... Not 100% confirmed yet. DA on ESPN said that's what would happen though.
greasywheels121
I saw something to this nature happening as a Pacers fan. Bird has been obsessing over Luke Jackson.
Ishmookie
harrington is OVERRATED!
greasywheels121
harrington is OVERRATED! Haha...He was easily the third most valuable player on the team this season. That's not bad saying the first and second guys were O'Neal and Artest.
Gene Honda Civic
Didnt they say that the deal wasnt even offical till thursday? How could there already be a trade??? There's unconfirmed reports that the bulls have the 7th pick... If that happens Alderidge says that the 7th is headed to Indy... It's speculation, but it sounds pretty solid. CWSGuy406
For a person that doesn't watch a lot of basketball, but likes and watches the Bulls (i.e. me ). Who is Al Harrington? What position does he play? How old is he? Is he a scorer? What can he do to help us? Is he worth Chandler and the 7th?

greasywheels121
If this is true have fun with Chandler. Chandler won't even have to start for the Pacers; I can see Carlisle figuring something out where Chandler could be a strong 6th man. knightni
Chandler won't even have to start for the Pacers; I can see Carlisle figuring something out where Chandler could be a strong 6th man. 2004 Chandler = 2002 Artest. The Bulls will be sorry.
greasywheels121
2004 Chandler = 2002 Artest. The Bulls will be sorry. Haha... That's a good thing to bring up; I trust Larry Bird. This will be good in the end. I want to see what this Luke Jackson guy can do; I know he was at Oregon. I didn't get to see much about Oregon the last year. WHarris1
Please Pax for the love of god, you just got us 2 Top 10 picks don't f*** it up. BE SMART!
danman31
Al Harrington. :headshake Chandler should be worth more than that.
Soxbadger
I looked around and this seems to be more of a rumor than a for sure thing, I hope. SB
danman31
Let me just add because I feel this has been misreported...this was a proposed deal. It was speculation. Why you guys made it sound so close to being done is beyond me.
CWSGuy406
Yeah - it could in fact be for Crawford rather than Chandler.... Hell, it might be just a rumor too. But IMO, the Bulls will give up a pick tommorow for a scorer...
The Beast
Yes. Finally we can get a higher caliber player in Harrington. I have nothing wrong with dumping Chandler. That guy is nothing more than a lazy piece of s***.
WSoxShuf
First off, harrington can play defense. When O'neal went down with an injury this year, Harrington was a beast. He is a very very good young player, just played in the shadow of Jermaine
mac9001
The Bulls will not trade Chandler AND a lotto pick for Harrington. DA is an idiot (think Gammons)...but if for some crazy reason Pax decides to do this; I'll throw a brick through his living room window. flippedoutpunk
Great, we give a starter and a 1st round pick for Al Harrington. 'Old bulls tune' Who can set the court on fire? Only the Bulls! Who can make dumb ass trades that no one else in the entire damn league would make? Only the Bulls! Only the bulls, Only the bulls, Only the one and only, Chicago Bulls! :puke :puke :puke

danman31
Whoa, do you really? How old is his kid? I know his son Ryan is going into his senior year of high school next season at Lake Forest HS. He is a pretty good basketball player, but not great, from what I keep hearing.
witesoxfan
Since I know very little about basketball...how much does Chandler make? And how much does Harrington make?
