I hear conservatives say "with John Kerry your taxes will go up". What political BS. WHO STARTS THE SPENDING BILLS AND THE TAX CODE? CONGRESS. Kerry plans to restore the tax rates on the wealthiest 2% of American taxpayers Republicans in congress will meanwhile be at sex clubs (damn, I love Jack Ryan, in fact, I love all Illinois Republicans named Ryan!) and yellling f*** You!
