I've been working on getting cut. Got my weight down a bit, now its time to really lift.

 

Since I did it I've eaten like a horse, just cut out eatin chips and the fried stuff and only have soda on Sundays during the Bear games.

 

Its worked good cause my arm is back to 100% and now we'll see if I can get my velocity back to where it once was.

 

Did you see where Wang just signed a deal with the Clips, now they just have to wait and see if the Mavs match it.

you tried going to mickey d's or burger kings with children and not eat anything.

Ya, I don't have that kind of pressure. When I eat out, I just try to have sandwhiches or something not fried or red meat. I love burgers, I just cook them at home.

 

So far its work, lost like 10 pounds of fat, so I'm right where I wnat to be to put on about 10 pounds of muscle mass. I figure when its all set and done right around 165-170.

I eat a pint of Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough at Ben & Jerry's right in the dining center EVERY DAY, and I still don't gain an ounce! Don'tcha just HATE me now! lol
