Recommended Posts

I am here in Canada and am travelling to the U.S. in June to have my 21st in Vegas and the to Comisky(the cell) for Either September or ealier not sure which is best. Any how the question is should I be looking to exchange money now while the CDN Dollar sits at 67.62 US or do I wait till then? Will a war impact it in either the positive or the negative? Any help would be great since I need all the money I can get to drink as much of your watered down beer, with as many of you as I can. :headbang

I don't want you to lose your shirt and get mad at me but the US dollar has been falling relative to other nations currencies recently including the Canadian dollar. You can get exchange rate info here This should help you make a better decision. Who knows what will happen if and when the bombs start dropping. Enjoy our watered down beer and save some that smooth whiskey for me when I make my next trip north to Toronto. :D

Thanks, I'll probably just stand pat.

this is just my opinion and im no expert on finance so take it for what its worth..nothing

if this war is a slam dunk there will be alot of confidence in our president and government..that usually translates into consumer confidence and more spending...which helps strengthen the ecomony and the dollar...

if it doesnt go as planned you might be able to come over here and buy the whole country

how you feel about the war should have alot of effect on your investments in regaurds to the US imo...
