hi8is
"Following Tuesday night's game vs. Anaheim, the Chicago White Sox optioned right-handed pitcher Jon Rauch to Triple-A Charlotte and announced that they will reinstate left-handed pitcher Scott Schoeneweis from the 15-day disabled list prior to Wednesday's 7:05 p.m. contest vs. the Angels." upnorthsox
I would've thought Cotts would be sent down.

Yoda
Both Cotts and Action Jackson should have gone down to Triple A.
southsider2k5
Rauch needs to be starting every fifth day. It was doing him and the organization a disservice with him rotting in the pen.
The Critic
Rauch needs to be starting every fifth day. It was doing him and the organization a disservice with him rotting in the pen. Agreed. Although I bet he'd prefer to rot in Chicago than shine in Charlotte. I'm more optimistic about him now than I was before his 2nd recall. By rotting in the pen, do you mean warming up or getting his work in all the time and never entering the game? God that was a joke Why is Jackson still on this club? greg775
If Shoey's healthy why don't we keep pitching Shoey?? Doesn't seem like he did anything to lose the job.
Yoda
If Shoey's healthy why don't we keep pitching Shoey?? Doesn't seem like he did anything to lose the job. It’s the way he’s been pitching as of late. He started the season well but he later bombed. His streak of loses may have been caused because it had to do something with his arm (hopefully it did) and he complaints of the low run support he gets every time he’s up on the mound. I really think he may turn it around today and start winning some games for us.
