eh, came in with men on 2nd and 3rd with 1 out against one of the better offensive teams

So your saying it is not his fault those two runs scored, the job of a reliever is to come in a shut down the opposing team if there are people on base or not.

When was the last time Jackson didnt have anyone cross the plate when he was pitching, can someone find out that for me? Has it happened yet this season?

I remember him getting 2 big outs of Vlad and Guillen in the big comeback we had against Anaheim.

But that's it.

Matthews- ground out to 2B

E. Young- single to CF

M. Young- single to CF

E. Young advances to 2B

Soriano- double to LF

E. Young scores, M. Young advances to 3B

Mike Jackson replaces Scott Schoeneweis

Teixeira- Fly out to CF

M. Young scores, Soriano advances to 3B

Mench- line drive to CF

Soriano scores

Neal Cotts replaces Mike Jackson

Blalock- strikeout (swinging)

10-4 good guys going into top of 7th

no its his fault. im just saying he's not a stud reliever and he's not that bad. he's bad but not that bad

I think 2 games vs Anaheim earlier this month...but he still sucks!!

 

see what i mean why couldn't Ozzie bring in Neal to relieve Schoe...he couldn't do any worse...

The one thing that totally has been driving me crazy esp of late. Is all this damn first ball swinging s***. Make those pitcher friggin work.

as of late??, man I've been b****ing bout that all year...when the Yankees were winning in the late 90's that's all they did, they worked pitchers and made them pay, that's why they were so unstopable
