cwsox
I missed the game because I was working my second job - but just saw the sports coverage - looks like USCF was full - what type of crowd did we have?

whitesoxin'
Tomorrow and Monday will most likely be sellouts. Monday for sure actually and probably Tuesday. Sunday there is even a chance if things go well tomorrow.
SnB
I was up there in the upper deck reserved tonight, it was about full all around except for the last 2/3 corner sections on each side.
cwsox
wow, those are great numbers Sox fans are back and soon Chicago will be ours again
SoxAce
Most likely sellouts up and comming, especially in the Twins series.
mac9001
Already over 32 thousand tickets have been sold for tomorrows game and over 25 thousand for Sunday. Monday is a sellout for sure.
whitesoxin'
Hawk said there were already 33,000 tickets sold for tomorrow nights game and over 30,000 sold for Monday, Tuesday, and the BoSox series. (Which will be meaningful for the Wild-Card now. )

greg775
What's it like in the upper deck now since the remodeling? Is it nice up there?
CWSGuy406
What's it like in the upper deck now since the remodeling? Is it nice up there? Very nice. If you haven't been up there, I seriously recommend it. The new closed-in-roof really, I dunno how to put it; sort of makes you feel cozy. I loved sitting up there... BurlyMan56
I actually had tics for the bleachers Sec 160. Great crowd out there, and the wave did get really annoying after awhile.
bmags
My bro is takin me to tuesdays game for my birthday, i'm sure he figured we'd walk up and now i'm scared we won't get a ticket!
Al Lopez Ghost (old)
Did you hear during the broadcast that they are now announcing the tickets already sold for upcoming games? Approximately 33,000 sold for Saturday, 25,000 for Sunday, and I didn't hear what he said about the Twins series. This is a great idea, because it spurs people on to buy tickets for other upcoming games, creating a feeling, or maybe just communicating the facts that tickets are getting more scarce. We've come a long way this year, haven't we?

We've come a long way this year, haven't we? Great job getting out to the park, Sox Fans!!! Hawk said 30K+ had already been sold for the Twins games I think. It's great, and it will make the casual fans want to pick up the phone or get online and get out to the game.
The Critic
f*** the casual fan, I want the borderline Sox fan to get off the couch! The casual fan is an idiot sheep - the borderline Sox fan cares about the Sox, but maybe holds a grudge against Reinsdorf, or maybe has seen too many late fades so he needs to be convinced, or maybe can't afford to go to many games. THOSE are the people I want going to Sox games, in a perfect world, not the "Oh, I can't decide what to do, see White Chicks or go to the Sox game" people. ...that said, if the borderline fan isn't going to go, then the Sox may as well take Joe Casual's money... It is a good move to let folks know how many tickets remain, as long as the number of remaining tickets isn't too high....it would be awful to hear "Well, Sox fans, ONLY 24,000 good seats remain for each game of the Tampa Bay series"... DABearSoX
anyone come to the park....more revenue equals more money JR will give up
Cerbaho-WG
I'm going tomorrow. Guess I better leave really early to get some seats.
BigNDfan80
I see the only tickets available for tonight's game are in the corners of the upper deck. It should be a good time at the Cell! Now if we could just sell out Sunday's game!
southsider2k5
Look down the page at the attendance thread. They are talking a lot about the up coming attendance.

whitesoxin'
I'm going Monday and I'm getting tickets as soon my parents get home with a credit card. Also going one game in the Cleveland series a few weeks from now and hopefully one or two more after that this season.
Yoda
Saturday night games always seem full, that’s why I usually go on Saturday games and when there are Fireworks
