YASNY
Mariotti Now you are not safe inside nor outside the ballpark.
DBAHO
Wow, can you imagine the Cubbies playing home games at the Cell.

Queen Prawn
Wow, can you imagine the Cubbies playing home games at the Cell. I would imagine the park would be empty considering that most Cub fans are 'afraid' to go to the Cell.
Texsox
It would be sad if the Cubs outdrew the Sox. There would be no excuses. It would be funny watching twenty drunk Cub fans trying to pee in the same urinal like the troughs at Wiggley. On the field, of course, the Cubs have been local failures for decades. It sure is funny when the other guy gets the cream pie to the face.
IlliniKrush
I can't wait to see pictures of this netting. So ghetto
BridgeportHeather
On the field, of course, the Cubs have been local failures for decades. But when the fabled ballpark suffers the same fate, you start getting the feeling this franchise is doomed to rot like a dead goat. So blunt, yet so true!!! Moronotti bash The Shrine??? It's great we don't have to read about the Sox latest streak when this is in the spotlight! Oh, and if the Cubs were to play at Comiskey, Cub fans would be able to experience a REAL baseball atmosphere. Wrigley's atmosphere is as bland as it gets...SOOO BORING!!! They'd, of course, i'm sure, have to pay the Sox good money to use Comiskey as well, which could help us get money for free agents.

The same Cub fan taxpayers who paid for it.
MinnesotaSoxFan
If the Cubs want to use our stadium, then here's the rules... 1. Have the fan deck, the bullpen sports bar, the party suites, the in-stadium restaurant, the left field shower all closed. 2. Cut off the beer sales at the 4th inning. Maybe they can sober up watching the real Cubs play. 3. No Take Me Out to The Ballgame song to be played. Sorry Nancy! 4. Any balls thrown back on the field gets an automatic ejection and a $200 fine. How bout it? Cubs Sign here x_____________________
Texsox
Who actually holds the deed to the Cell? I know the Sox do not own it, who actually "owns" the stadium?

Texsox
The ISA... Do they exist only to own the stadium or do they have other things to do? That "midnight" negotiation of the Gov. Thompson seems so long ago. IIRC the clock "broke" at a couple minutes to midnight and then a deal was struck. As much as I enjoy the f*** the Cubs stuff, I wonder just how little or much influence the Sox would have. It would really suck if it appeared the Cubs got the better schedule.
