BobDylan
This might be the wrong forum, and if it is, I apologize, but I found this: "I had to spread out and stop popping everything out. I was watching that Miguel Olivo hit and said, 'that's what I need to do.' And it worked. Some guys copy Barry Bonds or Albert Pujols; I copied Miguel Olivo." – 1B Kevin Millar on heating up at the plate after making some changes July 19 in Seattle I miss MO. dasox24
Millar is a cool guy Yep, it sounds like he is from what I've seen of him and read about him. Also, he's definitely not the guy you'd think would come to bat with "The Way You Move" by Outkast playing, but he does.
greasywheels121
Was it his tape that they used during the playoffs last year, of him singing Springsteen?
witesoxfan
Was it his tape that they used during the playoffs last year, of him singing Springsteen? I think that is him. They did a segment earlier on SC, not sure which one, about musicians wanting to be athletes and athletes wanting to be musicians. And they should Millar doing some karaoke...I didn't hear the song, but I'm sure you're right and it was probably Springsteen.

Chisoxfn
Olivo looked awful yesterday, although I gave him a nice standing ovation at the Angel game. My buddies thought I was nuts, lol.

Chisoxfn
He also fell over on a pitch that was called a strike...it was hillarious.
WSFAN35
I think Millar was being Facetious about copying Olivo.
