Investigators have found multiple examples of fraud and abuse in millions of dollars worth of contracts to rebuild Iraq that used U.S. taxpayer and Iraqi funds. I don't know what it is anymore, but the US budget has this huge number, well into the billions that is just for errors. They have no idea where this money is, or went.
