clujer420
Top 5 New pitcher is Rick White. Wow, he was lights out last season for the Cardinals. I wish he'd return to that form. - Brewer hitter stands there and stares at a 2-2 strike. 1 down - 2-hopper hit to Jose at SS, throw made, runner out. 2 away Hawk says we've got solid starting pitching to go with a very good bullpen. I'm guessing he's saying he likes our chances this season. - Some left-hander just took one over the right center field wall for a HR. Bad pitch by White. 6-1 Sox - White strikes out the next guy to end the inning. Even though he gave up the HR, White actually looked pretty good to me. He seemed to have control of his pitches and he looked like he knew what he was doing out there. Hopefully he can continue that (less the HR) and further solidify this bullpen. Through 4 1/2, Sox still in command 6-
baggio202
white gives up a homer but strikes out 2...his fastball looked very good...topped out at 90..he is suppose to throw 92-93 so he is getting close..the homer was a hanger...he did throw 2 nice curveballs that looked like strikes but the ump said no...though neither one was to the guy that homered.. I'll get to em as soon as I can. Rick White back out for his 2nd inning of work. Good, I can get a better gague of his "stuff". - ... He's throwing a pitch that's really working ...
