southsider2k5
I saw it about 4 times in one addition of SportsCenter. I can't watch SC. I am at work and all they show is MSNBC.

Chisoxfn
It was amazing none the less, but one homer doesn't make a guys career. The only thing it shows is that he's got power potential, but thats useless if he keeps his long slow swing.
The Critic
He didnt really "talk s***" He made a gay/racist joke to him, I guess he was trying to be funny, and it was way out of line. That got him banned. Yeah, I think it was an attempt at humor too, but the problem was he dropped an N bomb and used a derogatory term for gays. I personally wasn't offended, it takes a LOT to offend me, but the mods saw the need to make an example that this type of hateful speech will not be tolerated. I was a bit surprised/disappointed at the outburst, though - I had enjoyed going back-and-forth with Brando up to that point, and that remark kinda blind-sided me. For a while, I didn't even realize he'd been banned - just didn't see any posts from him all of the sudden. Back on topic, I see a lot of Dave Kingman in Borchard, but even Kingman made more consistent contact. Those 3 whiffs following the 504-foot HR told me a lot about Borchard, and I don't like what I saw.
The Critic
I'm sure Joe Borchard home run balls will be worth a fortune in the future Yeah, everyone in Birmingham will want one.
