Tina Turner Y’ know, every now and then I think you might like to hear something from us Nice and easy But there’s just one thing You see we never ever do nothing Nice and easy We always do it nice and rough So we’re gonna take the beginning of this song And do it easy Then we’re gonna do the finish rough This is the way we do proud mary And we’re rolling, rolling, rolling on the river Listen to the story I left a good job in the city Working for the man every night and day And I never lost one minute of sleeping Worrying ’bout the way things might have been Big wheel keep on turning Proud mary keep on burning And we’re rolling, rolling Rolling on the river Cleaned a lot of plates in memphis Pumped a lot of tane down in new orleans But I never saw the good side of the city Till I hitched a ride on a riverboat queen Big wheel keep on turning Proud mary keep on burning And we’re rolling, rolling Rolling on the river If you come down to the river I bet you gonna find some people who live You don’t have to worry if you got no money People on the river are happy to give Edited August 31, 2004 by Texsox

WSoxShuf
I worked at blockbuster when I was 16. Here is the trick, new movies come in on monday night. As an employee you have to enter them into the system, instead just take the movie. THey will never know its missing since its not on record, and you have an awesome DVD collection. Texsox
PA, Congratulations on obtaining employement so rapidly in a new town and in a new field of work. I am certain this is testimony to your wit, charm, and intellect. The Blockbuster corporation is extremely lucky to have such a multitalented individual in their employ. While this seems to be an entry level position I have no doubts you will be moved up to lead, supervisor, and before New Years you will have a seat on the Board of Directors. the preceeding message has been approved as part of the new "be kind to fellow posters" policy instituted at Soxtalk. There's a record of inventory with each shipment of videos. Last year my friend was arrested for stealing over $200 in DVD's because the manager decided to compare lists of DVD's checked into the computers to that shipped to the store. There was a discrepancy. He was charged with misdeamor theft but only had a small punishment (fine) due to a previously clean recored.
