Ballpark Frank - Big Hurt
the great late-inning comeback begins, 1 run at a time...
elrockinMT
Harden vs. Diaz. Surprise, surprise, I expect the worst! Sox-2 A's-8 :headshake I just logged on and also checked MLB Gameday. A's lead 6-1 in the 5th so you are not far off. I think if I were one of these so called minor league Sox prospects I would hang my head in shame and look for another job. This 5th starter stuff is just becoming a deep hole.

Ballpark Frank - Big Hurt
Yea i suppose especially since these past few weeks the game threads have been full of activity. I guess this is what it has come to...
Iguana
I think the Sox need to start rubbing rowands bat or something. he seems to be the only one that can get a hit lately.
SoxFanForever
Speaking of Rowand, anyone realize he is batting .324?
qwerty
Speaking of Rowand, anyone realize he is batting .324? He has been just plain stupid. Seems to be the only reason i watch the games anymore.
Palehosefan
Ho Hum Valentin hitting .220, Crede popping up with 1 out and runner on third and it didn't visibly bother him a bit. Just another day at the park.
Dick Allen
In other news, Esteban got shelled again, this time in relief. 3 IP 6 ER.
SoxFanForever
In other news, Esteban got shelled again, this time in relief. 3 IP 6 ER. I was wondering where Cleveland got so many runs from.
Guest JimH
In other news, Esteban got shelled again, this time in relief. 3 IP 6 ER. Cooper was on the afternoon show on the Score (man, can he talk!) and he said he saw Loaiza being on the downside. Cooper said his stuff was definitely worse this year and his velocity was down 3-4 mph.
Guest JimH
And in other news, three of our favorite players combine to go 0-10 tonite, those being Willie Harris, Jose Valentin, and Joe Crede. What a mess.

SoxFanForever
Toss in Mr. 504 and it's 0-13. rolleyeyes.gif Man, that is just plain bad.
Palehosefan
Man, that is just plain bad. The sad part is that it happens almost every single night. Valentin at .220, Borchard below .180 and Crede creeping towards .230 I believe. Its past time to bring up Valdez just to see what he can do. It can't be worse than whats here. I drive myself nuts expecting more out of this team only to see Borchard, Valentin, and Crede run out there to play every game.
