Was, anyway. That reminded me of the Simpsons episode where Bart et al are in the boy band, and Lieutenant Smash switches on the voice machine. Yvan eht nioj, then please, please take Ashlee to Guantanamo. Word.

She was one of the host's for Dick Clark's New Year's Eve and she was on Nick and Jessica's Christmas special, which makes sense.
WilliamTell
Safety against USC. What a way to end the college football season though.
WilliamTell
lol that was great when Ashlee was getting the boos. Best part of the game.
greasywheels121
As much as I liked Auburn this year, this should guarantee that USC should not have to share the national championship this year.
WilliamTell
Yeah USC really is takin it to them. They should be the only champs.

She looked terrible too. Seemed to be a little heavier IMHO. She sounded terrible, sounded like she had the voice help again. Please be the end of her. Kelly Clarkson was okay (I actually like that song) and Trace Adkins is always good (much love for country), but couldn't they have just thrown Toby Keith up there instead of Ashlee? It's not like he already wasn't there.

How the hell is recruiting the best part? You'd rather "watch" recruiting than actual football games? I don't understand this logic at all. Palehosefan
Recruiting is always fun to see who is going where and to see how good your school will be in the future. Its always been my favorite part, I love watching college football also. Unless you recruit at en elite level then its tough to become an elite team, outside of Iowa. Gene Honda Civic
QUOTE(Palehosefan @ Jan 5, 2005 -> 12:26 PM) Unless you recruit at en elite level then its tough to become an elite team, outside of Iowa. Times, they be a changin' -- Iowa's rated in the top 20 recruiting classes as of now, and they've recieved "silent commitments" from two 5* recruits who are delaying their announcement until the US Army game. A couple more toss-up recruitment battles, and they could have a top10 or even top 5 class.
Palehosefan
Yep, Iowa is having a dominant class. As is Purdue, both are doing very very well. Its scary to think about what Iowa can do with top 10 recruiting classes.

Tony Kornheiser! He said she cheated. She went on SNL, and blamed the whole thing on her band. "She's the Jason Giambi of popular music."
