Speaking of arrogant.... not really, lets face the fact. france doesn't have to spend the money for a defense and use that money for something else. yeah that is great if we live in the perfect utopia but we don't. they france will let nations like america and britian take on the defense of the world and they can take a back seat. We helped France in WW2 because we saw that the Nazis were in the wrong and we wished to stop them. But as of now, we have no need nor desire to help the French, and so I pray we wont...
