Rowand44
Damn, Miami's d just worn down at the end. Unfortunate too because they played one hell of a game and kept the team in the game. I'll say it again, the offensive line was just pitiful. Offensively they are absolutely brutal but defensively they're outstanding. Unfortunately because of how disgusting the offensive line is they don't have a chance of doing anything this year. As soon as I saw the lineups, and saw that St. Clair was playing for them I said f*** I wish had picked Cincy. He might be the worst o-lineman in the league. Just ask Kurt Warner. Rowand44
Damn Rowand. I feel bad for ya. Lucky for us we've always got the Sox. They always come through. Definitely. Both teams always have high expectations but f*** up down the stretch. Granted, this year Miami doesn't have high expectations but this s*** gets old after a while. It's hard year in and year out watching my favorite teams just go down the crapper, especially the sox. Then comes football season I always get excited but Miami usually chokes when it gets cold outside. Well, there's my rant for the day. hammerhead johnson
Rowand, our boys dont have an OLine.. thats all it is They don't have a quarterback or a running back either. And that is hands down the worst o-line in the league. A quick scan of the NFL has me thinking that they're the 31st or 32nd best offense out there. Who's worse? Them or the Cardinals? At least the Cards have Dennis Green. Bowens will come back, and they'll be able to hang in there against most teams. They'll even win a few. But 7 wins would be a stretch at this point. witesoxfan
I can't rub it in...Bills have lost just as poorly too. Lost against Jacksonville because they couldn't bat down a pass that was just floated in there, along with not being able to stop a 4th and 16, and because instead of kicking the field goal on the 1 yard line, they went for it, and missed...that would have tied the game up, and probably sent it to overtime. Oh well...two close games that could have and should have been won, but weren't. Atleast I know now that this team isn't a playoff team...yet. Gordon and Feeley are fine.. If you watched the game you would see that when they ran there were NO HOLES what so ever for Gordon to run through, and when Feeley dropped back to pass he had about 2 and a half seconds before he was pressured.. Theres no way that you can get any production from that.. Next week against Pitt we will get Damion McIntosh back, which will help out a little.. Feeley has a 79 QB rating after a game and a half, and thats with this piss poor line.. When he doesnt have any pressure and can actually get reasonable time to throw he makes the throws and they move the ball.. If Miami can get the O Line right I dont see why they cant win 8 games this year.. People dont see how Easily they could be 2 - 0 right now.. Their defense is playing outstanding but if the offense keeps it up they are going to tire fast because they are on the field farrr too long

Their defense is playing outstanding but if the offense keeps it up they are going to tire fast because they are on the field farrr too long Well, I have yet to check out any Bengals action, but the book on them is that their defense is terrible. I honestly can not see the Dolphins beating very good defensive teams like Buffalo or New England this year. Hell, I don't know how they can beat the offense happy Jets either. 0-6 or 1-5 within that division would not surprise me at this point. This time next year, the Dolphins should have either Edgerrin James or Ricky Williams, most likely the former. All that I've been hearing is that Edge wants to go back to Miami. If Gordon works out, they'll have one of the best RB duos in the league. Their high first round pick should be an offensive tackle -- someone like Gallery who is ready to start by Week 1. They should also sign a couple competent offensive linemen on the free agent market. All of that, combined with McMichael, Chambers, Booker, etc, in addition to that Top 5 defense when Bowens is healthy, plus Wannie being gone and a last place schedule could mean.... 10-6 or 11-5. I see the AFC East as the best division in all of football next year with both the Bills and the Jets on the come, plus an NFL powerhouse in New England. Add a revamped Dolphins team to that equation, and you'll have 4 playoff caliber teams in one division with 8-8 or 9-7 being the last place record, perhaps. I thought that the AFC South would be the best division in all of football next year, but something stinks down there in Houston. I don't know what to make of that situation. When you get the Chargers and the Lions as the first two games on your schedule, and you go 0-2 against them....Christ.
Spiff
The Jets are already here, I think they're the third best team in the AFC right now. And Miami, they need a whole new offensive line. Gordon sucks, even though the o-line wasn't opening many holes, when they were there he just danced around. Feeley can't make a good decision to save his life. He should have had at least 4 picks on Sunday night.
hammerhead johnson
The Jets are already here, I think they're the third best team in the AFC right now. Holy s***....I honestly don't know what to make of the Jets. I didn't even have them making the playoffs before the season started, although a 9-7 record seemed about right. My playoff teams: Colts, Titans, Chiefs, Broncos, Patriots, Ravens. Considering how awful the Dolphins offense will be in the short term, they should defeat them both times (both games occur within a month of one another). After glancing at their schedule, they should be 5-0 come Week 6, but that 2nd half schedule is gruesome. On a neutral field, I think that they're better (right this minute) than the Bills, Browns, Steelers, and possibly the Rams, but still, those are not easy road games. We'll see how they do.
