hammerhead johnson
They were just talking about it on Hood/Buffone....they haven't revealed anything definitive as of yet.
chisoxfan79
They said he got hurt in the third quarter when he collided with Urlacher. He should be all right because he played the rest of the game. If he is out next week Randy Moss is going to go nuts.

Hopefully, he'll be ready to go come Sunday.

WHarris1
With Brown already out... If Peanut is out I predict we lose by at least 3 TD's next weekend. Moss and Culpepper will have a field day. EDIT-Also 2 weeks before facing McNabb and TO.

Moss and Culpepper will have a field day. Tillman is by far my favorite bear. I hate randy moss so that play he made on him last year instantly made him a favorite of mine. Either way the bears secondary is really getting depleted. I feel bad for you guys but it's not like my team is in good shape either. I hope Peanut's ok. southsider2k5
According to the Trib, Tillman tweeked his knee and is out at least a month. They also said that Zoom is way ahead of schedule, and could possibly be back before either Tillman or Brown at the end of Oct.

hammerhead johnson
Unbelievable. R.W. McQuarters on Randy moss? R.W. McQuarters on Terrell Owens? Hell, Dez White would scorch R-Dub. That's probably why Jauron and Shoop liked Dez so much: a great "practice" player who probably had R-Dub on him more often than not. It's not even worth watching these games from here on out. Seriously. Why even bother? The entire point was to watch this defense gel, and how in the hell are they going to do that without Brown, Tillman, and Azumah? We have hands down the worst secondary in all of football going into Week 3. Everyone around the nation picked us to go 5-11 or worse before we lost 3/4 of our secondary. We are beyond f***ed. witesoxfan
well the way the eagles D did against the vikings O...i learned one thing....blitz the hell outa them If you have the right personnel, you may do so. And included in the right personnel is good DBs to cover Moss, Burleson, and Robinson. Something the Bears no longer have. Culpepper to Moss could be heard quite a times come Sunday. chimpy2121
the eagles corners arent that good, they just stepped up...Brown is a huge leadership loss who creates play but gray and green can pick it up...i really do believe vasher could be like tillman was last year. I can deal with a month but the whole year, ack.... Indefinite means undetermined,unknown... HE could be back tomorrow with the term Indefinitely. They don't know how bad it is, but I would suspect that 1 month sounds like a good guess.

Lito Sheppard and Sheldon Brown have to be good CBs, even if they are in their first year of starting...if Jim Johnson and Andy Reid had enough confidence in them to have them start without bring in a vet to replace Troy Vincent and Bobby Taylor, they have to be good. The Eagles secondary is, as of right now, lightyears ahead of Chicago's. Chicago does have a good 1st string secondary...I love Azumah, Tillman, and Brown...but they are no longer playing with those 3, and that will hurt them immensely. When you put McQuarters(or any nickel or dime back) on Moss, you will lose. It could get real ugly, real fast for Chicago. They got off to a nice start, and I thought looked a hell of a lot better then 5-11(with what they did last year, and now having a better coach in there, I thought they had a chance to be an above .500 team if everything went right, and at the very least, probably a 7-9 or 8-8 team). With that secondary as banged up as it is, and with the Lions actually showing signs of life...they could end up in last place.

With that secondary as banged up as it is, and with the Lions actually showing signs of life...they could end up in last place. I don't think any Bear fan is expecting playoffs this year. We want to see developement and good signs from this coaching staff. Case in point: Week one, penalties are basically the cause of the loss. You could point to the blocked FG, but penalties really hurt this team against the Lions. Week two, we come out, and only have like one or two penalties. The coaching staff made an awesome adjustment during the week in practice (adjustment probably not the word to use, correction, whatever). That's what I loved seeing. IIRC, we're one of the youngest teams in the NFL. Hell, I don't care if we go 4-12, as long as we show progress. Then, in the draft, grab a stud LT/WR/DB, and go from there. We have our core; and, when this team is healthy, I think we are one WR away from being a damn good football team...
GoodAsGould
i was kind of hoping we would do bad enuf to grab a stud WR in the draft like i think mike william or whatevr that dudes name that tried to get into this year's draft and got screwed.... he would be a great add for our biggest weak spot.
