elrockinMT
Uribe with a grand slam pinch hit homer. Wow! Someone asked in a post on the board who the MVP's were this year. My vote goes to Uribe and Paul Konereko. Together they have made the season interesting.
3E8
Cue the Uribe supporters to come out of the woodworks.

My vote goes to Uribe and Paul Konereko. Together they have made the season interesting. Uribe carried the team early and Konerko has had a good year, but Lee and Rowand have been the best players this years from an all-round perspective. DBAHO
Uribe tailed off mid - season, but it's been good to see a resurgence from him lately. We could do a lot worse than having him as one of our starting infielders next season.
qwerty
Cue the Uribe supporters to come out of the woodworks. Seems like a good majority of us like uribe but i may be wrong.

After his horrendous mid-season slump I seriously doubted him but he's finishing the season quite strong and has removed most of my doubts. His obp still sucks but look at the twins with guzman and his .314 obp.

jackie hayes
White Sox winner!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Great game, great season, Paulie. Great to see the Sox pull this one out after trailing. Even though the season has been a disappointment, let's milk these last couple weeks for some good baseball. Rowand44
QUOTE (qwerty @ Sep 22 2004, 02:01 AM) Ted williams can be the white sox hitting caoch and people would still blame him if the team did not hit. Rowand44: Is he available? :rolly It was a joke and not a very good one. C'mon man, I'm not THAT dumb.

southsider2k5
Some good signs from last night... Both Cotts and Adkins worked 1-2-3 innings Valdez is really a wiz at SS. He doesn't have great arm strength, but he really uses his body well to make a throw. I see him as a possble ML utility guy. Obviously Pauly with #40 and 110 RBI Uribe with #20 Willie had a nice looking SB, it was confindent looking.
