DBAHO
Guess who now holds the best BA with RISP on the Sox now... Sorry Timo the door is that-a-way ----------> Gload's RISP average is up to .400 -- With an OPS of almost 1.100 --- Suck on in timo. But I thought Timo Perez is GOD. qwerty
9/27 Ross hits two doubles to increase his hitting-streak to eleven games. I think he may have just missed a home run as well, but I was just getting text updates over the internet. .322 BA, .380 OBP, .467 SLG, .847 OPS Quickly becoming one of my favorite White Sox to watch. I gload.
Rowand44
I gload. Do I get a cookie or something for being on the Ross Gload bandwagon all year?

3E8
9/28 .323 BA, .379 OBP, .470 SLG, .849 OPS Moving on up. How did his OBP go down when he was on base 2 out of 4 times tonight? I think those stats may be off. And he's batting .326... I just figured out your stats are only valid after 3 of his 4 at-bats. After awhile I'll post the real 9/28 stats. 3E8
9/29 With the way Ross has been playing lately, today was almost a dissapointment. At least the hit streak was extended to 13 games with a 2-run opposite field home run, his only hit of the day. .323 BA, .378 OBP, .484 SLG, .862 OPS

beck72
One thing I've noticed since he's been playing everyday is he's being more selective at the plate. He's not flailing away like he was when he was pinch hitting and getting spot starts. [trying to impress in order to get more playing time, probably] Ross is getting more BB's and cutting down on his K's.

He's not flailing away like he was when he was pinch hitting and getting spot starts. [trying to impress in order to get more playing time, probably] Ross is getting more BB's and cutting down on his K's. That's the one area he had to prove something to me. I knew he could hit, but his final two seasons in AAA, he wasn't exactly a selective hitter. That's not something you expect out of a guy who spent 3+ years at AAA.
