jackie hayes
He sure did. We had a great opportunity to win it all that year also, if Hugh Hollins wasn't blind. Tell me if this is too heretical: At that point, MJ was just so dominant that I actually enjoyed the Pippen season more than the season before. You didn't really know if they could do it, it was more exciting. And they absolutely should have won. I try hard to give refs/umps the benefit of the doubt, but those were bs calls. Jordan4life_2007
Scottie Pippen is not just merely Top 50. More like Top 25. We are talking about the greatest transition defender ever, and one of the finest perimiter defenders ever. No Pippen, no championships. Only someone who didn't witness it all as it happened would say otherwise. I won't even get started on the fact that he was the only man in the NBA who could dunk on ANYONE in the early-to-mid 90s. Not even Jordan could do what Pippen did to Patrick Ewing...numerous times I might add. Pippen was, as the kids would say, "da bomb". Nice post It's one thing when people outside of Chicago try to slight Pippen. But people who live in Chicago, who witnessed the dynasty should know better.
