CWSGuy406
One out, one on in the seventh. Runner on first is Renteria.
CWSGuy406
Renteria is caught stealing, and on the next pitch, Matheny singles. Suppan will hit.

WHarris1
Why the hell was Suppan batting?
CWSGuy406
Going into the bottom of the seventh, 4-4 tie. Come on Astros, plate one. Plate one.
CWSGuy406
Leadoff walk for Orlando Palmiero. Willy Taveres will pinch run, a speedster called up from AA. Biggio is batting, Beltran on deck, Bagwell in the hole. Bottom of the seventh, no one out. Suppan pitching.
qwerty
Why the hell was Suppan batting? He had less the 90 pitches thrown most likely why.
CWSGuy406
Sacrifice bunt by Biggio. Beltran to hit.
fathom
Come on Beltran, pretend you're facing a Chicago team!
WHarris1
He had less the 90 pitches thrown most likely why. Alright, I'd just figured they would want to save him, and help their chances at driving in a run...
fathom
2 outs, guy on 3rd for Bagwell
CWSGuy406
Beltran grounds out to first. Taveres moves over to third. Two out, runner on third. Bottom of the seventh, tied at four. Huge duck on the pond right here. Absolutely f***ing huge... Come on Bagwell...
qwerty
Alright, I'd just figured they would want to save him, and help their chances at driving in a run... I would have pinch hit, but i have noticed that in the national league if you are tied or only done by one run in the seventh and the pitcher has a decent pitch count they will just the pitcher hit. CWSGuy406
Looks like Suppan will walk Bagwell to get to Berkman. Nevermind, I guess not, as Bagwell smokes a ball into LF for a single. 5-4 ASTROS!@
fathom
Roger Cedeno is so bad in the outfield. Hey, I'll take it thought!!!! Do they go with Lidge for 2 innings here?
fathom
6-4 on a double by Berkman!
CWSGuy406
Very, VERY stupid pitching there by SUppan. It looked like they were going to unintentionally intententionally walk him. BERKMANN RIPS IT INTO THE LEFT CENTER GAP! BAGWELL IS SAFE! 6-4 ASTROS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
CWSGuy406
Wow... Kent rips it, off the glove of Rolen, right to Renteria. Score it 5-6-3. But the damage is done!
qwerty
Roger Cedeno is so bad in the outfield. Hey, I'll take it thought!!!! Do they go with Lidge for 2 innings here? He is one of the worst everyday outfielders defensively if not the worst.
CWSGuy406
Dan Miceli is now pitching, and he strikes out the first guy he faces. The Cards are down to five out. Come on, Stros bullpen!
CWSGuy406
Miceli strikes out the side. Going into the bottom of the eighth, 6-4 Astros. I'd leave Miceli in there to close it out, give Lidge a day of rest unless Miceli gets into some trouble. In other news, San Fran scores two in the top of the first to take a 2-0 lead on the Padres...
fathom
I hope Lidge is coming in, you can't take your chance against this part of the Cards lineup.
