Update on the impending Cub choke: Giants/Padres tied 3-3 bottom of the 8th inning.

Meanwhile in Oakland Seattle has grabbed a 4-2 lead in the 8th. Team Moneyball loses tonight and they'll fall 1 game behind Angels. I'm estatic to witness the gradual downfall of self proclaimed genius Billy Beane. :headbang

I admire you tremendous ability to decode my subliminal references to Moneyball. Where did I mention it again?

I'm even more suprised you didn't find some way to plug your blog. Maybe you could provide a "hatcher job" of my original post?

EDIT: Giants lose. RF Moore injurs stumbles attempting to positon himself for a throw to home plate. Cub fans are likely cheering his injury as we speak.

Why becuase I've linked my blog, with the exception of my signature, what? 3 times here?  or the nice misspelling he used to attempt the "zing"?

I am just an unbiased observer, my friend. And I know you're a good guy and you've contributed a lot. Your blog is fun to read sometimes, it breaks down baseball in interesting ways.

But at its absolute base, he got you good and hard. That's all I'm saying. As a zing conniseur, I :notworthy that one.

s***ty loss for the Giants. However, im totally stunned at the turn around by the Astros. This team was as dead as you could possibly be at the all-star break. Even as late as the trade deadline they looked done. What makes it even more stunning is they've done all this without two of their top four starters coming into the season. It's even sweeter that this all started with them taking 3 of 4 from the Slubs at Wrigley. All they basically have to do now is sweep the Rockies at home where they've been liertally unbeatable the last month and they're in. This is without a doubt one of the most unbelievable IN SEASON turn arounds i've ever seen.

Go Astros :headbang
