Cali
I was looking at the playoff schedule for today and it says both games are on at 8 EST on FOX. That's a major gaffe by FOX if that's true. Is one of the games gonna be on FX or something whats the deal? Is it a mistake I'm reading?
southsider2k5
And at the sametime as the debates. One will be on Fox, the other FX, but I haven't heard which one will be where...

Spiff
Most of the country gets Sox-Yanks on Fox. Houston and St. Louis markets get that game on Fox. Whatever game isn't on Fox in your area is on Fox Sports Net (Fox Sports Chicago or whatever it is over there).
The Critic
Figures that the Spankees and Red Cubs would be on Fox. I mean, NOBODY would want to see that AWFUL Cardinal lineup outside of St. Louis, right??? By the way, the name "Red Cubs" is EXCELLENT for pissing off annoying Cub fans!!! Followed up with "Think about it.....'curses'.....choking......rickety old ballpark....whining martyr fans......"

Yankees-Red Sox Series Lifts FOX on Tuesday After lackluster ratings for the first week of the baseball playoffs, FOX was finally able to give viewers what everybody apparently wanted all along: It's the Yankees versus the Red Sox once again and once again, FOX's playoff baseball is back on top. Overall, FOX averaged a 9.5 rating/15 share for the topsy turvy opening game from Yankee Stadium, though those ratings reflect time period data and will likely change in the final tally. CBS was a competitive second with a 7.7/12, followed by ABC with a 6.1/10 for third. NBC drooped to fourth with a 5.8/9. The WB was a solid fifth with a 3.5/5, followed by UPN's 2.1/3. Among adults 18-49, FOX had a 5.3 rating, as NBC moved up to second with a 3.7 rating in the key demographic. ABC was third with a 3.4 rating, leaving CBS with a 2.9 rating for fourth. The WB stayed firth with a 2.3 rating, with UPN trailing again with a 1.3 rating.

The Critic
Well, I'm f***ing stunned - the StL/Hou game IS on Fox. Spankees v. Red Cubs on FSN Chicago.
Mr. Showtime
I like having both games on at the sametime. I like being able to flip back and forth when one game starts to drag.

Rex Hudler
I don't because I can't get both games in HD. And flipping from High Definition to Standard Definition TV sucks!
WilliamTell
Last night I had the Sox and Yanks on both FOX and FSN. I thought that was plain stupid, if they're going to be on both, put the Astros and Cards on FSN.
