Then again I doubt I ever broke any higher then 70 MPH with my strongest throw in my life. Then again I didn't pitch all that often. I usually played either SS or 2B. No one was worried about your arm because you never had one. Seriously, you probably threw that sinker over the top, with which snapping your wrist would be a "natural" motion. When I pitched I was only concerned about my pathetic fastball coming back to hit me in the head. My dad joked that I was a decent pitcher because kids weren't use to seeing pitches as slow as mine. It was cool meeting a kid that was going to get drafted. yeah bowden...i'm friends with that kid...i remember freshman year he'd throw his fastball...then he'd come back with a knuckle ball...kids went nuts with that...he's also a damn good power hitter too...and 3b for that matter.
