Chisoxfn
I'm pumped, the past few days I've been absolutely glued to the tv. The early game was fantastic, I hope this one is even better...with the BoSox pulling it out. I got a feeling we see Pedro as the closer tonight. qwerty
I got a feeling we see Pedro as the closer tonight. I don't know about closer but if it is within a run or two either way in the 6,7,8 i can definitely see him coming in.
Chisoxfn
Hell, Schill said he felt like he could get a couple outs if needed. He said that on Sports Center earlier today.
qwerty
McCarver is slow, he said bellhorn has struck out the most in all of baseball this year. He led all of the american league and dunn led all of baseball. :headshake
qwerty
2-0 red sox on a ortiz homerun. He is so f***ing clutch that it is not even funny. Whenever he is up i feel like he is gonna hit a homerun.
Chisoxfn
What the f*** Damon. With Ortiz up, you should be as good as gold on 3rd base and one out with Manny on 1st. Man Damon had to hold up before going. f***ING AWESOME, Ortiz hits a 2 run shot

3E8
Can you believe McCarver critcized the Sox 3rd base coach for sending Damon? He was actually safe. McCarver should be shot.

Flash Tizzle
Here's a clue for the Yankees: DON'T PITCH TO SHREK WITH RUNNERS ON BASE. Fat pile of crap is carrying Bostons offense and Brown lays a pitch in Ortiz power zone.
Chisoxfn
Can you believe McCarver critcized the Sox 3rd base coach for sending Damon? He was actually safe. McCarver should be shot. I will critisize it because you don't send him with yoru cleanup hitter up next, imo. Plus Damon had to wait up to make sure that got through and that made the odds poor that he would be safe. I guess I now know I wasn't the only one who thought he looked safe. I figured I was off base since none of the announcers really talked about it as if it was a great play. Then again all I do is make fun of these boobs when I watch the games. Leiter is pretty much the only guy I can listen to and don't get me started on Scooter. OMFG, is that not a total slap in the face to any serious baseball fan. :fyou Fox/Scooter
3E8
Anytime a runner was ACTUALLY SAFE at the plate, there is no reason to criticize the third base coach for sending him. Even if he was out by a fraction of a second.

I'd expect it for a Cubs telecast, not Game 1 of the American League Championship Series.
3E8
Lowe strong in 1st. Made Sheffield look like an ass. Could Lowe be a Southsider next year? Probably not.
Wise Master Buehrle
Well, if Yanks keep getting mad at umpires, their chemistry will disappear and the Red Sox will win.

Chisoxfn
Ball game. Remember, they still don't have a pen and Lowe is tired. This one is far from over, imo. Plus I don't want to see you jinx the BoSox...if that makes any sense whatsoever.
