SuperSteve
The Twins fear that Jason Kubel suffered a torn ACL while playing in the Arizona Fall League this week. If it's a torn ACL, Kubel, who was expected to start in right field for the Twins next season, could miss the first two or three months. That would probably result in Lew Ford playing right and open up playing time for Matthew LeCroy or Michael Restovich. Rotoworld
Xero
Was this their 1st round pick?
DonkeyKongerko
Does anyone think the Twins won't find an outfielder in their minors who will come up and play like a 4-year veteran?

Gene Honda Civic
Does anyone think the Twins won't find an outfielder in their minors who will come up and play like a 4-year veteran? I fully expect Jason Barlett to make everyone wonder why they bothered keeping Guzman around for so long. last two full seasons at AAA: .308/.398/.
SoxAce
That's a shame. I'm a big fan of Kubel. He's a stud.
Buehrle>Wood
Am I missing something here? Why would this kid start if they already have 4 everyday players in their outfield already? I know they will likely trade Jones but that still leaves 3 of them. Not to mention the highly acclaimed Cuddyer on the bench.

Here's how I project their Line-up right now 1B - Morneau/Mauer/LeCroy 2B - Rivas/Cuddyer/Punto SS - Bartlett 3B - Mauer/Cuddyer/Tiffie LF - Stewart CF - Hunter RF - Ford C - Mauer/LeCroy/Blanco DH - Restovich/Kubel They are going to be shopping Hunter, in exchange for pitching help. In which case Ford will play center. They are going to look to bring in Vizquel @ SS too, as a #2 hitter, where they were the worst in baseball last season. DBAHO
Wonder if this could impact on the Hunter trade talks now.
