Rex is the Bears QB in 2005.

 

They should get someone like Kitna or Griese who wouldn't expect to start as much as Warner will if he takers the Giants to the playoffs.

Rex might not be ready for the start of the season. Achillies tendons are ugly injuries. But that being said, if Warner has any amount of success in 2004, I would imagine he would be out of the price range of what the Bears would be looking for as a stop gap measure.

God no. I really hope Rex is in effex for 05. Even if he is playing, he won't be 100% for a long time. He had an ugly, ugly injury.

It was a ACL tear in the right knee, not an Achillies tendon M.Brown had that injury.
