That's the only time I write checks as well. The only other thing I write checks for are car payments, because I don't want to carry that much cash, and I can't use my debit at the banks. The only things I don't are my cars and Dell. I know it is hard to believe, but the worlds biggest computer company doesn't have on line bill pay. How stupid is that? I do a minimum of a payment and a half for mine (that's why I still use a check). I also use a check for my student loans because it varies how much extra I pay.
