Sox1422
I heard on the Moronoti show this morning that Nomar is interested in going to the Yankees to play 2nd base. That is crazy!
LosMediasBlancas
I heard on the Moronoti show this morning that Nomar is interested in going to the Yankees to play 2nd base. That is crazy! I predicted that as soon as he went to the Scrubs. Do they want him though?
The Critic
Then they could sign Barry Larkin to play first base and Edgar Renteria to catch. LOOK, EVERYONE, the first ever ALL-SHORTSTOP infield!!!
redandwhite
If Nomar signs with the Yankees to play second, I will lose almost all respect I had for a guy who was once my hero in a sense. If Nomar wants to stick it to the Red Sox ownership for offering him 15 million dollars over four years and declining, then so be it, but theres a line that is drawn and if he goes to the Yankees, he has crossed it. Gene Honda Civic
Then they could sign Barry Larkin to play first base and Edgar Renteria to catch. LOOK, EVERYONE, the first ever ALL-SHORTSTOP infield!!! The DJ would be the 5th best SS on his team. He'd finish second in MVP voting and win another GG. TheBlackSox8
Then they could sign Barry Larkin to play first base and Edgar Renteria to catch. LOOK, EVERYONE, the first ever ALL-SHORTSTOP infield!!! Where would Jose Valentin, Cristian Guzman, Omar Vizquel, and Orlando Cabrera play on the Yankees. The outfield and DH...though i think Valentin would be the DH.

Don't worry. I'm sure Nomar will think long and hard about offending the people in Boston before cashing his enormous checks from King George. Be realistic. It's a bottom line world we live in. witesoxfan
Where would Jose Valentin, Cristian Guzman, Omar Vizquel, and Orlando Cabrera play on the Yankees. They need Miguel Tejada to play LF for them, that's what they need.
TheBlackSox8
Then Guzman can serve as the backup bench player
WilliamTell
I don't have much respect for Nomar anyways. Just think though, at one time ARod, Jeter, and Nomar were the 3 big shortstops in all the game or at least the American League, and having them all play on 1 team would be rediculous. Chisoxfn
I heard on the Moronoti show this morning that Nomar is interested in going to the Yankees to play 2nd base. That is crazy! Goodie Goodie. I'd love to see this happens because it spreads their money out farther and Nomar is an injury prone guy. Plus, maybe just maybe it means they are less as agressive on the Beltran front. Me, I want them to just give us Kevin Brown
