Considering Drudge is reporting a conservative piece of news I'd assume its probably pretty accurate. If he was talking about the democratic side then I'd be skeptical since he is a conservative. Ashcroft seems to be a hated man on the left...hell, I'm on the right and I really don't trust the guy.
