The book was about the tobbacco industry.  When I saw it in the theater the 1st time and there was that office shooting right at the beginning I was like "what the hell?!" and so was another couple of people....obviously people who read the book.

Let's demonize the gun industry some more! :rolly

Pretty much if Ben Affleck is in a movie that DOESN'T have Kevin Smith in it as well, it is a must NOT see.

The only movie Ben Affleck made that I thought was worth a s*** was Reindeer Games and thats only because Charlize Thereon stole the show and Dennis Farina was in it. All his other movies blow ass.

Also, in the book-movie transition of Sum of All Fears, didn't they change the terrorists from Middle-Eastern to European Neo-Nazis?

They sure did. Hence me calling the movie a whitewash.

I cant stand political correctness.

They also took out the mini ground war on the streets of Berlin between the Russians and the Americans but I can let that one slide cause the reference to the divided Berlin is out of date.

I hate that they cange the story, but probably not as much as you, Nuke. I don't read fiction, so it doesn't piss me off as much. I think the only fiction book that I read and saw the movie was 1984 and I finally got to see what everybody gets so upset about. The movie sucked!
