Mr. Showtime
You think Pipp would like doing tv or is he more of a front office guy? We know he wants to be involved and I got to credit Pippen. As much as I thought he was overated. He seems to be doing a good job helping out the Bulls, unlike that prick MJ (who singlehandedly f*cked the Bulls). Pippen was up at the Berto Center talking to the team the other day and playing a few guys in one on one. I'm not sure he would want to do tv, but he sounds good doing it. He'd be a good coach as well.
Chisoxfn
I think that potential is what pisses me off so much about Eddy. If Tyson had Eddy's potential, Tyson would be Kevin Garnett-esque. Eddy is just so damned lazy. He didn't work hard at all until his max-contract drive. I just get the feeling that even if he has an incredible year, he will regress next year for whoever gets him. I think he's a lot like Garland in the sense that people play him off as lazy. All I know is one thing, you don't lose 30 pounds being lazy and Curry did what the Bulls asked him. I think he's misunderstood and obviously young. Its the problem with high school players, your so immature already and getting handed all that cash and fame makes it worse. Usually a change of scenery is what makes it necessary cause most teams lose their patience.

Chisoxfn
By the way for the Illini fans, Frank Williams played today and I gotta say, he didn't impress me much. Doesn't look like much of a point guard. But its just his first game and it looked like he was trying hard to distinguish himself.

qwerty
Geeze...Chandler with another offensive rebound. My god the two young big men are playing fantastic tonight. Chandler must have 7 offensive boards tonight. Edit 15 boards in 30 minutes of work and 10 points. Missed the 1st free throw and missed the second but Antonio Davis tips in the miss No reason they cannot do this night is not out. Look at amare and howard, they are both unbelievable. Usually a change of scenery is what makes it necessary cause most teams lose their patience. I fully understand what it takes to lose 30 pounds. My problem is that he didn't do anything up until now. I have watch Eddy tons. There is no reason he shouldn't be a 20-12 guy. Instead he usually just runs to a spot and waits for the ball to fall in his hands. He doesn't work on defense, he doesn't block out, he doesn't fight for position. I remember watching Zach Randolph develop all of the way through HS, while getting fed the same crap all of the way through as Eddy probably did. All about how awesome he was, and how rich he was going to be, etc... But Zach always had that desire on the floor. He is dumb as a box of rocks off of the floor, but on the hardwood he gets it. I just haven't seen that in Eddy. Bah, we are probably going to have to agree to disagree Jas.

Chisoxfn
Your right, we will have to agree to disagree because on all intents and purposes Zach Randolph is a POS off the court. Can't say I've ever heard the same about Eddy. Also, I don't know if this is right, but If I recall Eddy Curry didn't play basketball much as a kid, so obviously he's a bit more raw then a typical high schooler. But agreed, we will never agree on this, lol. As I type this another freaking huge offensive rebound for Chicago and the Lakers aren't fouling. Holy s***, thats bulls***, Kobe hacked Gordon, imo. 25.9 seconds left with the Bulls up 88-82 Now finish it off and the Lakers have the ball. He almost pissed away his max contract on many occasions by being a complete dumbass off of the floor, on more than a few occasions. But my point is dispite that, he still seems to understand what it takes to be a superstar on the floor. Dispite their similar upbringings (intercity kids, poor, broken homes, gang influences all around, drugs exposure, etc) and backrounds, Eddy has never seemed to "get" it. Even while avoiding the pitfalls that Zach has jumped into, Eddy has never been able to kick it into gear for the one thing that saved him from being a nobody. Hopefully I will be wrong, because in terms of raw potential, I would still say Curry has more than Randolph. I just don't think he will ever realize it. Hopefully I am wrong, and Eddy brings us back to the promised land, I just don't see it happening. But hey, I can celebrate a Bulls win. Chisoxfn
Awesome victory and the Bulls are welcomed back home with a win. Time to call my dad and rub it in, LOL. Way to go Chicago. This was a real fun game to watch. More reason for me to get a little more joyed that Paxson seems to have a plan and I think its going to work. I wonder if they'll have a draft pick this year or not though.

GoodAsGould
top 3 or phoenix gets it next year and then the year after its number 1 overall or phoenix gets it and then year after its a 1st round conditional pick so sometime down the road we will lose it but with how young this team is i think we are safe for the upcoming draft
