qwerty
Kind of gives the lie to all those "walk-year" arguments, doesn't he? Has his best year ever in the first year of a multi-year deal. The Orioles got a damn good player, they make the first step towards rebuilding -- then they fail to look at serious pitching. What a waste -- but, hey, ya got Matt Riley. I don't know it still happens alot that, beltre will go back to his same old maybe slightly better. I could honestly say that with a straight face. Baltimore is one of the top three worst run teams in baseball. They are just sickening. :puke

You're right about the O's.
qwerty
I disagree with that. What has he done before this year that makes you believe other wise?

jackie hayes
Willie McGee? Maybe it's obvious, but there's a 29,000 gram brown elephant in the room...
YASNY
To start with, Sheffield was left off the original list. I just today read something, just a mention is all, that throws another Yankee into mix with Giambi and Sheffield. Kevin Brown. These were mentioned in the media so I'm not just speculating here. I do feel like speculation without something to back things up is a dangerous game to play. We are talking about people's lives and careers here. southsider2k5
If Armando Rios is juicing, I'm convinced there's no way of knowing. Why Pujols? You haven't seen him explode in size or power. He's just always been good. Some guys are just big and talented, like Hurt. I don't know, maybe there's evidence I haven't seen. But I've never suspected him. Armando Rios was connected to Balco and Bonds through his time in SF.

LosMediasBlancas
50% of MLB. Just because they're not 250 lbs. of muscle doesn't mean they don't juice. Besides the obvious, my guesses are: Joe Borowski Clemens a certain current White Sox outfielder
greasywheels121
a certain current White Sox outfielder I definitely wouldn't think Carlos would do it. A-Row the same...Remember all the articles about last year. He worked out with Frank in Vegas. Do you think Frank would let him work out w/ him, if he took steroids. We all know how much Frank is anti-steroids.
LosMediasBlancas
I wasn't thinking Carlos. He just doesn't have the right shape that gives it away. He's naturally a thick guy and has some fat on him.

southsider2k5
I am not going to speculate, but there are a couple I wouldn't be surprised to hear. I'll just leave it at that.

EvilJester99
If I had to guess, I would say Borch. He is a big boy but it sure hasn't helped him hit like Bariod.....
greasywheels121
If I had to guess, I would say Borch. He is a big boy but it sure hasn't helped him hit like Bariod..... Why do you think he used to play football?
LosMediasBlancas
Why do you think he used to play football? I'd guess not Borchard, kinda big, but kinda thick too, not shapely enough for juice.
southsider2k5
I'd guess not Borchard, kinda big, but kinda thick too, not shapely enough for juice. That's exactly what I was thinking. Plus I would just think if he was juicing, he would get some results
LosMediasBlancas
Not neccesarily, you still have to put the bat on the ball.
AngelasDaddy0427
There is no way Borch is on steriods. He would of been tested and found out by now. ...and if he was what a waste of perfectly good steroids :headshake
