It didn't even have the shiny, rainbowish stuff on the other side, only the picture on the top side. I had that happen at Hastings and they gave me one. They said it happens sometimes. I wondered if it was my son walking in if they would have been so quick to do that. The manager said some shoplifters are able to slide out the cd. It was a 5 CD game and when I would get to the fourth CD it wouldn't load up. I looked at the back and it looked like only about half of what was supposed to be on there made it. The guy kept trying to tell me it was my system and I told him the hell it was look at the fourth CD. I got the replacement and it has worked like a charm.
