DBAHO
In England; POLICE in northeast England said today they had charged a 12-year-old boy with raping his schoolteacher. The boy allegedly attacked the woman after receiving personal tuition from her at a school in County Durham, a spokesman for Durham Police said. The victim claimed she was raped on November 29 during a lunchtime one-to-one teaching session and that the boy then stole her car, which was later found abandoned, the spokesman said. The boy, who cannot be named for legal reasons, appeared in court on November 30 charged with rape and theft. He was due to appear again before South Durham Magistrates Court on December 30. Texsox
Stay tuned, tomorrow we hear the "she seduced me" and "how can a 12 year old overpower a school teacher" version of the story. Then we never hear about this one again.
danman31
"how can a 12 year old overpower a school teacher" Sorry, but that's what I was thinking. There is no way that was rape. Sexaully harassed, maybe, but not rape.
Soxy
First off, it sounds like this is NOT a normal school. The mention of the school makes it sound like an alternative school for kids with problems (mental or behavioral). Secondly, he STOLE HER CAR. This is NOT your typical twelve year old. And I certainly have friends that are little enough that a big 12 year old--could take down. Come on, how much strength does it take to hold someone down? Not much--especially if they're scared anyway.... Not to mention the fact that charges are only brought once there is EVIDENCE. If she reported it and no action by the police I would be inclined to believe it was fake--but since the po-po got involved and charges and hearings are going on it seems to say there is something to the allegation.
