aboz56
Yankees fan forum said one of the players they gave up was their prized catching prospect Navarro (I believe that's his name). Some of their fans sound pretty pissed about that.
Ishmookie
Still its good we wont overpay for a guy who will retire wearing yankee pinstripes. their rotation is stacked.rj,mussina, pavano, wright, brown.

GoodAsGould
from what i heard navarre or whatevr would be an avg prospect in most others systems but i dont think its that bad of a trade actually... except it favors the yankees =(

USAF_11F4H
From what i know about dioner navarro he is extremely over hyped. He gets his attention because he is (was) the Yankee's only prospect that is developed to the point of almost being ready for the show. As for being over-hyped, no. JDsDirtySox
From what i know about dioner navarro he is extremely over hyped. I totally agree with that. I have seen him play four times, and not once did he jump out at me. I know I know, four games is sort of a rush to judgement, but I have heard all of the speculation that the hype machine has taken over for this prospect. Add him to the list of: Hensley Muelens, Kevin Maas, Brien Taylor, and Drew Henson
EvilJester99
It appears Levine was right this time... he said he believed RJ would be traded today. Man I hate the Yanks even more now...

Soxbadger
Seems LA paid to get rid of Green's contract. As Penny is just about as good as Vazquez, although slightly more injury concern. Strange trade for a team who went out of their way to trade for Penny just a few months ago. SB
