SoxFan562004 Posted December 18, 2004 Share Posted December 18, 2004 It appears the Mets are going to make a push for Perez. ok, this is where I was going with the idea of "overpaying," now the Sox will have to "overpay" to get Perez, there's not going to be some magical pitcher at the end of it all who all the other teams forgot about and the Sox can sign for their price.
