Anyone out in the streets yesterday was being ticketed, and it still didn't stop idiots, like me for example, from going out and driving around. I did manage to baja a snow bank out by the state prision and still avoid getting stuck. We only got an inch in Cedar Lake, SS!

The heavy snow band was only about 10-15 miles wide, with a bullseye on good ol MC.

I chose to drive. One because I figured it was under 20 degrees and a line usually snaps at that temp on the SS. and 2, the wife is due any day now. My youngest is 5, and I was up with him on the hour Saturday night because he caught a flu bug and was puking all night. Good times... Always a good plan to avoid the SS if you might need to get home quickly And prayers to you and the misses that everything goes well! You probably gained a few pounds, and it is so hard trying to sleep in the same bed with a pregnant person. And not knowing when the baby will come. I hope your wife is being supportive during this time. Any chance for a Christmas baby? NUKE_CLEVELAND
I heard on the TV weather it's supposed to be 10 below for the actual air temp on Christmas morning. Charming.
southsider2k5
Some pictures of Michigan City, courtesy of the mother in law. For those who have or have not been to Michigan City before, the first two pictures are of Franklin St (Hwy 421 for all of the FIPs) a 5 lane street that is the main north/south artery from I94 to the lakefront. Rex Kickass
Awesome, I'm spending Christmas in Ice Planet Hoth. What's the weather supposed to be like Thursday over there? Decent? I don't want my flight to be delayed.
