Just watched Garden State. What an awesome movie. I highly recommend it.

I finally found a working download of it, although after 19 hours it's only done 23.5%. Looks like my computer's going to be on for the next few days. :banghead

Garden State is still out here at the movies, so it won't be released at Blockbuster for quite a while yet, hence why I'm downloading it. And trust me, Blockbuster ain't nowhere as good down here as it is back up in the States.

Well basically they don't have any free deals, and I'm not that big on renting movies anyways.

You need to get the movie pass. Only 20 bucks per month for two movies per day or 25 bucks per month for three movies per day. I know you can get the online one but going there and getting it is much better, at least for me since i only live a block or two away from one.

2004 or 1962?  Cuz if you liked the '04, I think you'll like the 62 version with Sinatra as well.

The newer one is the one I saw. Do you know if the Sinatra version is out on DVD? I'd definately check it out if it was. After a day of thinking about it, I like the movie even more. I highly recommend it to all.

Saw Million Dollar Baby friday night, it's good stuff.

Everytime I see Swank I think about her role in Boys Don't Cry... shudder... she's got guts.. but that movie left a bad taste in my mouth. Is Million $$ Baby worth struggling past the flashbacks..?

Not sure, but it's worth giving it a shot. It has a similar feel to 'Shawshank' because Morgan Freeman narrates throughout the whole film. It takes a really good twist, I think you'll enjoy it.
