Texsox
2 inches of snow in Texas = 3 feet of snow in Illinois. GITCHER SHOVEL, TEX!!!!! I'm in the part of Texas that most Texans call Mexico and most Mexicans call heaven. 64°F Fair Feels Like 64°F UV Index: 0 Low Dew Point: 62°F Humidity: 93% Visibility: 7.0 miles Pressure: 29.72 inches and rising Wind: From the South Southwest at 5 mp The weather guessers are predicting near freezing conditions for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Freezing temps is a real economic and human tragedy here. Citrus trees die and the fruit is ruined. People down here are so accustomed to heat, 100+ degrees is no bid deal, but having the mercury dip below 40 and people suffer and die. Ice or any snow shuts down every road. 90% of the population under 50 has never seen snow, and 99% of the drivers have never driven on snow.
